AI-native deals move fast. Hidden tech risk moves faster.

Independent Technical Due Diligence for investors in software‑driven businesses, from AI‑native products to complex legacy platforms.

  • Clear insight into code quality, security, and technical debt
  • Risks prioritized by business impact, not technical jargon
  • Fast, confidential delivery, built for deal velocity

Built fast with AI? Verify it before you invest.

We typically assess:

  • Code quality, hotspots, and technical debt
  • Security risks and dependency exposure
  • Team structure and key‑person risk
  • Readiness to scale after investment

AI tools and agentic coding make it possible to build software at unprecedented speed. But when large parts of a product are “vibe-coded”, quality, security, and long-term maintainability are hard to verify.

Technical Due Diligence gives investors an independent, data-driven view of what’s really under the hood.

The process

1. Information Request & Scoping

System Verification sends one combined Information Request List (IRL) covering both basic and technical facts. The seller completes it; System Verification reviews the answers and issues a preliminary scope and quote.

2. Technical Kick-off

Remote kick-off with key stakeholders: Introductions from the System Verification team and a walkthrough of the submitted IRL to confirm understanding.

3. Analysis

Technical assessment is started, followed by remote interviews with 2–4 core developers.

4. Report & Walkthrough

Within ~10 working days, System Verification delivers the full report and hosts a 1-hour remote presentation.
