How long does it take to build a team from scratch? 

Typically, it takes about 48 weeks to build a team, though the exact time frame depends on the type and number of team members you need. If you’re looking for consultants with a unique or rare skillset, don’t be surprised if it takes just a little longer to find the right fit. How do you make sure YOUR consultants will fit my needs in a team? 

Once you’ve given us your requirements, our recruiters search our extensive database until they find the right candidates. After that, you can personally interview the candidates you’re interested in and approve the ones that are the best fit for your needs. We will organize as many interview stages you need, to make sure you hire the right people. Of course we provide code reviews, test assignments and references from previous employers. 

What is the average hourly rate of the QA consultants you provide? 

We recommend billing on a monthly basis when we deliver a team. The exact cost of your dedicated team will vary depending on the team setup and your specific demands. We are very responsive and listen to your needs to meet your expectations in the best way.

Do your QA consultants have ANY experience with Agile? 

Of course they do. Over two thirds of the consultants we employ have worked with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP and Extreme programming. We also offer Agile training and consulting as an optional service to help you and your team stay synchronized and effective. 

Where will my team be located? 

We suggest working in a distributed team setup. We often see an added value having people from different regions/countries in a team, who bring a variety of skills, cultural and environmental differences into the work process. This enhances the creativity in the project and almost always has the highest Return On Investment. 

What are the costs associated with setting up a team? 

You’ll be pleasantly surprised to hear that there are no added costs associated with setting up a team with us. We’ll make sure our consultants have everything they need to get started, including hardware, software, equipment, furniture, office supplies, and support staff.  

What sort of HR/administrative support do you provide? 

When you buy a Team service from System Verification, you will get a dedicated Delivery Manager assigned to you. The Delivery Manager will make sure that your consultants are always are up to speed when it comes to skills and competence and that you are satisfied with the overall delivery. Our accounting and legal teams will take care of all administrative issues including payroll, taxes, and social contributions for your dedicated software team. 

What type of support will my team have from you? 

Our office managers and system administrators will make sure your team’s working process is running smoothly. Our office managers will organize team-building events to help your consultants build stronger personal bonds. We will also provide your consultants with tickets to local tech events to facilitate their professional growth.  

I need a large consulting team. Can you help? 

Certainly. We have a great Ecosystem with partners that we have a long experience with and we will help you build or expand yours at no additional cost.  

What if I’m not satisfied with the team members I hire with you? 

It doesn’t happen often, but if you feel dissatisfied with one or more of your System Verification consultants, let your Delivery Manager know immediately. We’ll do our best to improve the way you and your new consultants cooperate. If this doesn’t work out, our recruiters will start looking for a replacement at no additional cost to you.  

Can I visit my team at your offices? 

Of course. Actually, we encourage our clients to visit their System Verification teams as often as they can, and spend some time working side-by-side with them. It’s a great way to build trust and establish personal relations that will be beneficial when working on distance.  

We also have great facilities that could be used for conferences and team activities.  

Is your organization ISO certified? 

Yes, our quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. 

How do you make sure my intellectual property stays secure? 

The consultants you hire with us may work in our facilities, but the work they do belongs to you. We take extra care to make sure your intellectual property stays yours. 

We sign NDAs with all of our consultants, and encourage you to do the same. Further, you’re welcome to use your own email servers or systems, and administer your team’s workstations remotely. 

Our standard security measures include restricted access to our offices, firewall and antivirus protection, a strictly-enforced password policy, and system administrator support. Additional security measures can be added at your request.
