KEY DELIVERABLES

In the highly regulated finance sector, software must function flawlessly from day one. Failures can lead to significant financial and reputational consequences. After reviewing the client’s QA setup, we designed a state-of-the-art process covering test management, automation, and staffing.

--> TEST MANAGEMENT: We implemented a centralized test management tool, standardized reporting for end-to-end transparency, requirements-to-test mapping, a robust anonymized test data strategy, and compliance verification.

--> TEST AUTOMATION: We established seamless integration between the test management tool and automation frameworks, built a regression test portfolio using keyword-driven methodology, monitored environment configurations, and reused test data for load testing.

--> STAFFING: We provided highly skilled personnel, including two senior test managers, one test data manager, two test analysts, and three test automation engineers.
