How can incremental Agile within Azure DevOps help you optimise your deliveries? Join our webinar on December 8 to find out!
Welcome to the second instalment of our Azure DevOps webinar series! This event will give you an understanding of how to work in an incremental Agile way inside the Azure DevOps Services tool. You get an overview of Agile delivery, how it looks when implemented in Azure DevOps, and how a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) helps you scale up delivery across your enterprise. We will discuss delivery planning structure – what should be delivered within specific timeframes, such as increments or sprints? And when should it be delivered?
The webinar consists of a theoretical and a demo part. The theory covers work items found in Azure DevOps, and how to plan them. In the demo part, we will go through structure, hierarchy, and different ways managers – or any other users – can follow up on the work that is done.
Webinar topics include:
- Agile deliveries inside Azure DevOps Services
- Delivery planning in increments or sprints
- The hierarchical approach of the work items in Azure DevOps
- Demo where we show how managers and users can follow up on tasks
The webinar is hosted by Ajla Sokol and Ahmed Babić, Azure DevOps engineers here at System Verification, on Tuesday December 8 at 3 pm. Duration is about 90 minutes – a one-hour presentation will be followed by a 30-minute Q&A session. It is free to join!
