Young people are hungry for knowledge, open to change and ready to challenge the status quo. With young QA Engineers in your organisation, you’ll be better prepared for the future. This is why we created our Greenhouse program – a joint commitment between us and our customers. We find and recruit highly motivated, newly graduated engineers who want to work with quality assurance in real IT projects to become full-fledged QA Engineers.

A Complete Training Program

During the Greenhouse period of two years, the young engineers are tutored by System Verification and they follow a customized training program with focus on quality assurance, new technologies and personal development. In parallel, they get practical experience of your IT systems and processes. Our Greenhouse program gives you a unique opportunity to attract talents.

How it works:

  • Recruitment: We select relevant talents for your business.
  • Training: We tailor a training package to your needs.
  • Experience: The young engineers gain practical experience of your IT systems, processes and projects.
  • Mentorship: The young engineers are tutored by our senior mentors and specialists.

A Two-Year Journey

The Greenhouse program is based on at least 10 young professionals and the duration of the program is 24 months. During the first year, they are all employed by System Verification. After the first year, some of the individuals are offered full-time employment, either by System Verification or by you, depending on the candidate’s career planning.
