Tech Lead | Malmö/Remote

The role is new here at System Verification, so we will shape it together, and you will help us build a team with consultants from all our regions.

The team will work in customers assignments, either on-site or by delivering services remotely. You will be a key person when it comes to utilizing the competence and drive of our consultants in different regions. You support them by creating a collaborative atmosphere, to make sure we can deliver added value to our customers through new cutting edge packaged services within the QA domain.

At System Verification, your colleagues are people that share your passion for quality. You will have full support from the management teams in the different regions. We have many specialists within areas such as Test automation, CI/CD, Performance testing etc, so you’ll have a good base to form your team from. YOUR TASKS

• Act as a catalyst for interaction and collaboration between regions in different technology areas and be responsible for our tech community
• Be a key person for the development of new packaged services within QA
• Be a key person for the competence development for our technical consultants
• Coordinate our service deliveries
• Take an active role in our service deliveries
• Work with sales support
• Take part in recruitment of talent

• You are interested in and up-to-date on market trends and emerging technology
• You have a solid background in Software development
• You are highly skilled in Test automation and CI/CD
• You enjoy being part of a team
• You enjoy coaching others and to share knowledge
• You have a good business sense and a drive to succeed

WHERE YOU ARE

Our headquarters is in Malmö, with regional offices in Helsingborg, Gothenburg and Stockholm. It’s great if you are close to any of these locations, but as we are living in new times we believe work to a large extent can be done remotely. You are more than welcome to get in touch from other locations too.
